Hunger is hidden in plain sight.

It's the family in Plano working two jobs but still falling short as grocery costs have surged 29% since 2020. It's the 26% of local students who are economically disadvantaged, often relying on school meals as their only stable nutrition.

In America, 47 million people—1 in 7 households—face food insecurity. In our own zip codes, local demand for assistance has nearly doubled this year alone.

We provide fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and a wide variety of nutritious food sources. Every family receives enough groceries to prepare meals for the week—no limits, no judgment.

Homeless Support

For those without stable housing, we offer non-perishable food, bottled water, hygiene products, and care kits. We're proud to serve as an official summer water station for the City of Plano.

Transition Assistance

Transition Assistance

Through our Love Again Overstock program, we help families transitioning from shelters or difficult circumstances furnish their new living spaces completely free of charge.

Holiday Support

Holiday Support

No family should go without during the holidays. We provide complete Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, plus partner with WFAA's Santa's Helpers to bring toys and joy to children.

We believe in empowering families with knowledge. Our education program covers food safety, preparation techniques, storage tips, and nutrition information to reduce waste and improve health.

Personal Items

Personal Items

Diapers are expensive, and personal care shouldn't be a luxury. We provide diapers, wipes, and personal care items for families with infants, young children, and older adults who need assistance.

God's Pantry volunteers serving the community

God's Pantry is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to combat food insecurity and support those in jeopardy of becoming unsheltered.

We have an open-door policy and have never run out of food or charged for any of our services. Our volunteers distribute tens-of-thousands of pounds of food each month.
